David is a licensed NC Professional Engineer  and holds a North Carolina Unlimited General Contractor’s license. As a Professional Engineer, David is qualified to handle structural issues that are beyond the scope of a general contractor.

David is a member of the North Carolina Home Builders Association, the National Association of Home Builders, the Wilmington Builders Guild, and the American Society of Civil Engineers. He has more than 30 years of experience as a custom home builder, managing projects in commercial as well as residential construction. David is also well versed in the construction of many architectural styles, and prides himself in taking on challenging and sometimes difficult projects.
